Abstract
In the winter of Tensho 6, four years before the Honnoji Incident, Murashige Araki rebelled against Nobunaga Oda and holed himself up in Arioka Castle, only to be tossed about by difficult incidents occurring within the castle. In order to calm people's agitated mind, Murashige asks Kanbei Kuroda, a prisoner in the dungeon and a military strategist on Oda's side, to solve the mystery. What is lurking behind the incident? What will Murashige and Kanbei plot at the end of the battle and deduction? This is the culmination of the 20th anniversary of her debut. The author of "Mangan" and "The King and the Circus" takes on the new high road of warring states and mystery.
