Abstract

Recommended by Tori Matsuzaka, Yukito Ayatsuji, Risa Wataya, Naomi Kawase, Yasuko Mitsuura!

The most powerful entertainment novel with an astonishing and tear-jerking ending awaits you!

Kyotaro, a radio personality, has a nice attractive voice and a dull appearance. He amusingly re-creates the stories of his friends who gather at the bar "if" and delivers them to his listeners. On a night of heavy rain, a soaking wet beauty wanders into the bar and they are asked to help with a “certain murder plot.” As they spend time together, Kyotaro finds himself drawn to her.
It seemed to be a fun story of mystery, romance, family, and friendship, but in the last 40 pages, the world as we had seen it changes completely. As the scattered foreshadowing lines are successfully recovered, the painful pasts of the bar friends are revealed.
Everyone living today has experienced one or two irrevocable moments in the past and the death of a loved one. This book will surely heal the pain in your heart through the story spun by "Kind Lies" and the never-strong friends.
