Author’s Information

Yutaka Kitamura was born in 1949. Graduated from the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Law, Keio University. After joining Sumitomo Corporation, he was stationed in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Beijing, and Guangzhou, and worked as a full-time senior analyst on China at the Sumitomo Corporation Research Institute. After retiring from Sumitomo Corporation, he became a researcher on China, calling himself a China Censor. He is a visiting researcher at the Institute for Policy and Culture Studies, Chuo University.
