Abstract

Hideaki Kato, a biologist who conducts ecological surveys of reptiles and research on invasive species, answers children's questions about living things with anecdotes in the "Consultation Room." This is a re-edited version of "Dr. Hide's Wonder! Living Things Classroom," which was broadcast on a community FM radio station in Shizuoka Prefecture.

Associate Professor at Shizuoka University. Born in 1979. Biologist (PhD in Agriculture). Has traveled to over 50 countries around the world to conduct ecological surveys of rare reptiles. His research focuses on the protection of endangered species and the impact of invasive species on ecosystems. His books include "A Journey to Find Reptiles Around the World" (MPJ) and "Reptile Hunter" (MPJ). Has appeared on many television shows and given lectures, including Nippon Television's "The!
