Abstract

The book provides easy-to-understand illustrations of "beautiful posture" that can be used in everyday life, at work, and on dates. It also includes beautiful posture for interviews and weddings, simple stretches, and "techniques for looking good in photos" revealed by models.

Active model / walking instructor / model counselor / representative of the Ginza branch of Model & Beauty School "sen-se". Active in many areas such as TV commercials and fashion shows, she has many die-hard fans. She brings the joy and pleasure of becoming beautiful to people of all genders and professions, from elementary school students to those in their 80s.
