Abstract
A new edition of "The Most Friendliest Cooking Textbook" published in 2005. It still has the same detailed process with over 20 photos for each dish, but has added a new recipe chapter, "Side dish soup that's OK with just rice!"
Author’s Information
After graduating from Tsuji Culinary Institute, Abeno, Osaka, she worked as a staff member at the school for 12 years. During that time, she trained professional chefs at Tsuji Culinary Institute Osaka, the Lyon campus in France, and the Ecole Culinaire Nationale. She became the first female instructor at the Lyon campus in France, and also trained at the three-star French restaurant Georges Blanc. She runs the Delices de Cuyère Kawakami Fumiyo Cooking School in Ebisu, Shibuya Ward. Her books include "Quick Reference Guide to Sauces and Sauces" (Seishun Publishing).
