Abstract

When you are given a project, you may ask yourself, "What do I do? How should I proceed? Have you ever been asked to take on a project and wondered, "What should I do?
Have you ever had a project that didn't go well, or that was eventually resolved, but not smoothly?

One of the main reasons why projects do not go well is that the existing hierarchical management system used in daily operations is being unreasonably applied to projects.

It is essential to apply project management methods that are adapted to the project. However, the major cause of inconsistency and failure lies in the unwillingness or unintentional application of management methods used in existing hierarchical organizations to projects. The existing hierarchical organization and effective management methods for projects are 180 degrees apart. In order for a project to be successful, the appropriate management methods must be well learned.

This book was written to help those who don't know where to start, and to avoid regrets after the project is completed, such as "It wasn't supposed to be like this. ...... Chapter 1 discusses "what a project is," Chapter 2 describes the necessary conditions (Chapter 2) and methods (Chapter 3) to achieve results, and Chapter 4 and onward explain in detail how to proceed with a project that will produce results according to the project procedures (project lifecycle).
