Abstract

No matter what the situation, accept your limitations based on what you value and build on what is in front of you.

I believe this is the only way to live a life without regret, without being dragged down by impatience and dissatisfaction, and without clinging to past happiness.

If you have the "power to make up your mind", I believe that you can be a person who is satisfied with yourself, regardless of your age or situation.

Even if you are not satisfied with your current or past self, there are many things you can change from now on.
Don't worry. I myself was like that.

You can move your life by thinking and deciding for yourself.
So, you can decide more by yourself.
