Abstract
"Tatsumura-style finger yoga" that enhances the natural healing power by stimulating the fingers as you breathe. In this book, along with the basic idea, many methods for adjusting the balance between the brain and body are recorded. Introducing "new spread of finger yoga" such as applied methods and practical episodes.The author is a graduate of Waseda University Faculty of Letters. Encountered yoga during his school days, and in 1973 he became an uchi-deshi and became an introductory teacher to Masahiro Oki, a world authority on yoga. He accompanied his mentor and experienced yoga teaching in more than 10 countries around the world. After his death in 1985, he became the director of the Oki Yoga Dojo, and in April 1994 he became independent and opened the Tatsumura Yoga Institute. He teaches yoga at home and abroad. He advocates the development of mind and body that utilizes yoga and traditional oriental wisdom. Currently, he is the director of the Tatsumura Yoga Research Institute, the chairman of the International Comprehensive Life Yoga Workshop, the vice chairman of the NPO Japan YOGA Federation, the chairman of the NPO Oki Yoga Association, and the chairman of the Palm Self-Care Association.
