President of the Life is a Journey Association, Director of the Sokoliki Education Institute.
Representative of Hope & Wish, a public interest incorporated association, which was awarded third place in the "Best Companies to Work for 2020" category.
After graduating from university, he joined Oriental Land Co. He has 20 years of experience in the management and operation of theme parks, Tokyo Disney Sea, and Ambassador Hotel projects, as well as human resource development for Disney cast members.
He has participated in the Huis Ten Bosch revitalization project and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games human resource development. Lecturer at the University of Toyama, Tokyo University of Science, and other universities.
