Abstract

A letter from a daughter to her father with dementia

”Kurashi-no-Tomo” sponsored the "Tsutaetai, Kokoro no Tegami" contest for letters expressing feelings for loved ones who have passed away. The winning letter has been made into manga by Tekken. The title is "Father is a Man of Love. The main character is a woman who grew up with her father's love since childhood. The story is about a woman who has experienced marriage, divorce, and childbirth in her adult life, and through caring for her aging father, looks back on her memories of him and expresses her gratitude for his kindness. Author’s Information

In September 2007, he moved to Yoshimoto Kogyo, where he began his career as a comedian, Tekken, and in a TV show project, he created a comic, "Pendulum," in which he drew a couple's life story in a pendulum swinging from side to side with a magic pen. When the work was uploaded to YouTube, it attracted a great deal of attention not only in Japan but also overseas. This was the beginning of a new career that he is now focusing on the creation of manga.
