This work depicts creatures and flowers living together in a spring garden. A tree frog wakes up amidst flowers in full bloom. A bumblebee comes to collect pollen from the flowers. A jumping spider perches on a halcyon. A canary snake aims at it from behind. And the birth of the praying mantis. ...... The many events that took place in the garden convey the brilliance of life. Animation director Hiromasa Yonebayashi has created a fresh and vivid depiction of the world created by Tamami Sawaguchi, who is known for her books on nature and insects.
