Author’s Information
Born in Tokyo, Japan in 1962, he left Keio University Graduate School of Law in 1995 with the completion of doctoral course requirements. After working as a full-time lecturer at Tokyo University of Technology and an associate professor at the School of Computer Science, Tokyo University of Technology, he is now a professor at the Interfaculty Initiative in Liberal Arts and Sciences, Tokyo University of Technology. He specializes in security studies and intelligence studies. He is the author of "A Study of CIA Failure" (Bungeishunju) and "Without Intelligence, states would perish - community of information in the world" (Aki Shobo).
