Author’s Information

Born in Tokyo, Japan. Major in history. Researcher of world history. After working as a researcher at the Institute of Languages and Cultures of Asia and Africa, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, he became a lecturer at the Faculty of Letters, University of the Sacred Heart. He has written many books on world history for children, university students, and adults. His main publications include "Silver World History" (Chikuma Shobo), "World History as an Liberal Arts for University of Tokyo Students" (Kawade Shobo Shinsha), "Modern Architecture in Japan" (Shodensha), "World History You Can Review in Two Hours" (Yamato Shobo), "History Gets Interesting: Deep World History at Todai 1 & 2" (KADOKAWA/ Chukei Publishing Co. He also has many hobbies, such as researching social fashion phenomena in the 1960s, visiting coffee shops, and photography.
