Abstract

Kazuya, a university researcher, took his former teacher's daughter as his wife. One day, he returns home to find that his wife has turned into a cat. Kazuya is the young head of the Ashinohara clan, which has been fighting against demons since ancient times. Together with Izumi, his childhood friend, and his cat-turned-wife, he fends off a number of calamities that appear in this civilized world. This fantasy novel painstakingly depicts the light-hearted exchanges between the hero, who possesses powers like those of an Onmyoji and an exorcist, and the lyrical daily life with his evil friend and his beautiful wife, who has no memory of when she became a cat.
