Abstract

The main character of the story is Kazumi, who is working in the corporate planning office of a leading Japanese confectionery manufacturer founded by his father.
With the help of his senior colleague, Takeda, who was a highly-successful consultant working for a major food manufacturer, Kazumi creates a business strategy and changes the company for the better.
