Author’s Information
In 2006, he was selected as the 4th overall pick as a high school player in the draft by the Yokohama Bay Stars (now DeNA), and retired in 2012 after receiving a notice of retirement from the team. After retirement, he worked as a data analyst and writer before starting his career as a business coach. He has been involved in management reforms for a total of more than 50 companies, contributing to their business performance.
