Kusumi, who has quitted her job after experiencing harassment, spends her days depressed, helping with housework at home.
One day, she is offered a “part-time job”; for every play she sees at the theatre, she is offered 5.000 yen by her Grandmother.
Only on condition that Kusumi gives her grandmother a review of each play.
Although Kusumi is bewildered by new experiences, she gradually becomes fascinated by the world of theater and her heart begins to brighten up.
