Abstract
While we humans desire to be happy, we often engage in foolish behaviors such as spreading bad moods, speaking behind others' backs, and being unable to break bad habits, all of which lead us down a path to unhappiness. Buddhism provides hints for reevaluating our weak selves that want to change but cannot.
In this book, the author presents 30 common erroneous ways of living, illustrated with cartoons. While introducing the causes and backgrounds of these behaviors and their eventual outcomes, the author provides solutions for shifting to a Buddhist way of life. Drawing from extensive experience in counseling many individuals and helping them find solutions through Buddhist teachings, this book serves as a guide for anyone seeking to change their lives for the better.
