Graduated from Musashino Art University with a degree in oil painting. After graduation, worked as a character designer for a major games company. Started working as a freelance illustrator and art director while living in France and New Zealand. Currently active as an artist while teaching. Held several group and solo exhibitions in Ginza, Paris, New York, New Zealand and elsewhere. Has received numerous awards.
