Tofu which is rich in nutrition, avilable anytime, and tastes good is a world-famous Japanese food. It would be good with soy sauce, of course. However, there are various recipe for this!
This book covers more than 100 poplurar recipes from 38 cooking specialists who study tofu and take lectures at a qualification course for 'Tofu Master', from traditional Japanese dish to Western and Chinese cuisine, and dessert.

General Incorporated Tofu Master launched in 2015 as an association which holds a qualification course for 'Tofu Expert'. 'To pass food culture of tofu down the generarions' is thier philosophy. Cooperating with cooking specialists and tofu shops, they give lectures and practical cooking.
