Author’s Information
Born in 1958 in Shizuoka Prefecture. After working as a chef in a restaurant, she became a chef. Smell, taste, texture, color, and sound.... Her simple yet powerful dishes, created through a daily dialogue with vegetables and other ingredients, open up the five senses and honestly remind us of the joy of cooking and eating. Her writings, which are backed up by the same physical sensations as her cooking, are also highly acclaimed. He is the author of "I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be hungry when I got home. (Bunshun Bunko) and "Hibi Gohan (1)-(12)" (Anonima Studio), among many others.
