Muscle Life Advisor
Born in Wakayama in 1973. Lives in Osaka.
In high school, he received acupuncture treatment for an injury sustained in a club activity, which led him to acupuncture and moxibustion, and he became an acupuncturist and osteopath. In his 29-year career, he has helped a total of more than 200,000 patients to get well.
In his 20s, he suffered from a hernia in his lower back, but completely overcame it through muscle training. Since then, he has continued to research various types of muscle training as his life's work for over 20 years.
He also uses his knowledge and clinical experience to develop and teach original muscle training and exercises (Hoshino Shiko-Watt® and Cheat Sit-ups®) as a Muscle Life Advisor.
Some people who have practiced these exercises have gone from having difficulty walking to being able to walk. Hoshino's Shiko-Watt® also won the Grand Prix at the Seminar Contest Grand Prix 2020. Many people who have experienced cheating sit-ups have also successfully lost weight, increased their physical strength, and improved their body shape. Currently, he is also working with the government, holding citizen lectures, corporate training, and online cheating abs classes twice a week.
He is a health evangelist who raises the healthy life expectancy to the average life expectancy, and a specialist who advocates building a body that is minus 20 years old from the age of 40s.
