Akihiko doesn't think anyone needs him. He's come to think so since he was just as a kid and he still can't find anything worthy about him. Just when he's about to let go of his life, a man named Kazushige saves him. Kazushige is a vampire who's been living in solitude for a long time. Wanting to thank the vampire for helping him, Akihiko goes to visit Kazushige only to have him coldly drive him away. But Akihiko has seen through Kazushige's awkward attempts to be kind and found his gentle heart. Akihiko can't help being attracted to Kazushige--he wants to know more about Kazushige; wants those eyes to look at him.
