On a hot summer afternoon, Hayato meets a male student. That student is Soma, a taciturn transfer student without any desire to mingle with his surroundings. The sight of Soma standing at the rooftop reminds Hayato of his own past that he feels guilty about and starts to care about Soma. Hayato's kindness gradually helps Soma, who used to keep himself isolated from other people, smile more often. That is until Miyazawa, the person who hurt and rejected Hayato in the past, appears...
