Abstract

Marun is a little rainbow child. In order to grow up and become a beautiful rainbow, the rainbow child searches for and collects colors by himself. Today, Marun is going on his first color journey.

Graduated from Tama Art University in 1989, majoring in oil painting and printmaking. He won the 6th The Choice Annual Award from GENKOSHA, and was selected for the Jaca Japan Illustration Award. He was selected for the 10th Japan Graphic Exhibition, selected for the 1991 Yearbook of Japanese Illustration, drew the animation for the opening title backdrop of Minna no Uta (Everybody's Song) in 1997, drew the cover of Mitsumura Books 2nd grade Kokugo textbook cover in 2001, Tokyo Shoseki 5th grade Kokugo textbook cover in 2004, Tokyo Shoseki 1st to 6th grade Music textbook cover in 2010, and Anders Anders Anders Andersson textbook cover in 2013. Andersen's fairy tale award judge in 2013. He has also created many corporate calendars, magazine illustrations, and book covers. In 2018, she released a private edition of her picture book, "What's Your Dream? was released in 2018. Using the natural world as her subject matter, she depicts a mysterious world full of grain skies, angels, and stories. She is in awe of the random beauty of roadside flowers and trees, and is soothed by her three turtles.
