Abstract
“What does mindfulness mean?”, “How do I do it?”, “Can I do it even if I am busy?”.
This book targets those who feel overwhelmed by the sometimes hectic pace of work and seek to find some inner peace through mindful practice. Breathing meditation in the morning, “hanging strap meditation” in the crowded train, and walking meditation to clear the mind are just a few examples showed in this book. If you feel like your working life is getting out of your control, this is the book for you!
