Abstract

A collection of masterpiece recipes for exquisite snacks, proposed by 6 chefs and cooks, that you can put on a small plate and snack on. We have put together a collection of delicious snacks that can be placed on a small plate so that you can enjoy drinking alcohol in a restaurant-like style without leaving your home. A total of six people will make suggestions, including popular izakaya owners and current chefs. A wide variety of snacks are appearing one after another, including items that can be made quickly in small quantities and items that can be made ahead of time. One of the highlights of this book is that each person chooses their favorites from the small plates they have on hand and arranges them on the table.
