Author’s Information
Takanori Katori
Born in Tokyo in 1971.
He started working part-time at the age of 16, was fascinated by Tokyo Disneyland, and became a junior employee at Oriental Land Co., Ltd. in 1987. He is mainly in charge of attractions such as Cinderella Castle Mystery Tour, Jungle Cruise, Grand Circuit Raceway, and It's a Small World.
In 1992 he won the "Spirit of Tokyo Disneyland".
In 1995, he joined Shu Research Institute Co., Ltd. He was assigned to the Cultural Facilities Division and learned the basics of consulting and management. His first work, ``Everything I Need to Know as a Working Adult I Learned at Disneyland'', published in 2002, became a huge bestseller, and his lecture career immediately began.
In 2004, he founded Katori Kando Management Co., Ltd. and became its representative director. Since then, he has been holding lectures and seminars for people from various industries, including companies, educational institutions, government, and medical institutions.
His major books include ``Heartwarming Stories from Disneyland'' and ``Everything Important as a Working Adult I Learned at Disneyland'' (both published by Asa Publishing).
