Abstract

Katsuhito Kawai Born in 1982 in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture. After graduating from the College of Physical Education at the University of Tsukuba in 2006, he joined a human resources education consulting company that was ranked in the Nihon Keizai Shimbun's "Companies to Work for" survey. When he was in his twenties, he broke the all-time sales record (at that time) by more than six times. He has received numerous internal awards such as the President's Award and MVP. In 2014, he became independent and established Activista Co., Ltd. with the concept of "creating the future".
