Registered dietitian, home visiting registered dietitian, nursing care support specialist (care manager). Born in Osaka in 1978. Graduated from Joshibi University of Nutrition in 2001. After working at a long-term care hospital, in 2010 she supported home care patients as a care manager at a visiting nursing station. Currently working as a home-visiting registered dietitian at the Functional Enhanced Certified Nutrition Care Station Visiting Nutrition Support Center Sendai (within the Murata Medical Corporation Murata Day Surgery Clinic).

Hidetaka Wakabayashi
Doctor. Professor and head of the Department of Rehabilitation, Tokyo Women's Medical University Hospital. Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. Graduated from Yokohama City University School of Medicine in 1995. Graduated from the Department of Clinical Epidemiology, Graduate School of Medicine, Tokyo Jikei University School of Medicine in 2016. After working in the Rehabilitation Department of the Yokohama City University Citizens General Medical Center, he assumed his current position. Specializes in rehabilitation nutrition, sarcopenia, and sarcopenic dysphagia. Established the Japanese Society of Rehabilitation Nutrition, a general incorporated association, and currently works to spread awareness of rehabilitation nutrition while continuing his activities as an auditor.
