Isao Hosoya

Hosoya was born in Kanagawa Prefecture. After working for Toshiba Corporation, he worked for Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini, Knier, and other foreign and Japanese global consulting firms, where he was engaged in business reform and other consulting work. He then started his own business.

In recent years, he has been giving lectures and seminars on the core theme of "concrete and abstract" to corporations, various organizations, and schools in Japan and abroad to promote the power of thinking.
