Abstract

Why are you worried about old age? It's probably because I don't really understand. How will the way of life change? Why do changes in the skin and body occur? How much money do you actually need for retirement? I think it's because we seem to know everything but don't. This book introduces real-life examples of people who live their retirement in their own way, interviews with experts about changes in their bodies and how to deal with them, and ways to think about and prepare for retirement funds. All of these are basic explanations and standard solutions, but unfortunately there is no magic trick in this world that will instantly make all the problems disappear.
