Abstract

While vividly depicting Tochigi Prefecture's diverse natural environment, history, industry, and culture, we will academically decipher its unique features and charms and guide high school students, university students, and tourists studying in the prefecture.
As the population continues to decline, hints on how to create a sustainable society will be presented through examples of disaster prevention, town development, and regional revitalization within the prefecture.
