Abstract

In your 50s, how to make your life a rewarding one
People in their 40s and 50s are in their 40s and 50s, and although there is still time until old age, they are at the age when they feel anxious about ``not being young anymore'' and ``what will happen next.''In the past, I aimed higher and higher, but eventually, I must come to terms with "aging" and go through a gradual decline. How should we accept and spend this "second half of our lives"? Noriko Ichida, editorial director of the popular mook that looks at daily life, ``living no belly button'', will propose a ``way of life'' and ``way of living'' that are unique to you in the future When the time comes to start descending, instead of going down depressed and thinking, ``I can't grow anymore...'', go down in a good mood while slowly admiring the scenery that spreads out below you that you didn't have time to see on the way up. (From this book)
As we get older, our physical strength declines and we may become unable to do more things, but it is precisely because we grow older that we are able to do things that are different from before. There is also the joy of discovering things and discovering them. Mr. Ichida, who is now in his late 50s, has thought about things he has come to know while hesitating, and offers suggestions on future lifestyles, human relationships, how to raise oneself, learning, how to deal with aging, and how to dress. This is a collection of essays that will illuminate your future life.
