Abstract
This is a women's essay by Japanese cooking expert, Ms. Tokiko Suzuki (a.k.a. Grandma), who will be 95 years old this year (2019). What would have been a very ordinary housewife became a cookery researcher, and then she became a guest on NHK, and even now, in her mid-90s, she is still the oldest active lecturer, summarizing her views and perspectives on the things she does. This is a book that will not make you hate getting old, but rather make you want to get old faster.
