Abstract

From a small set restaurant with one owner and 12 seats, the "normal" of the future is being born.
Its rational management system and a little bit of insanity.
As a result, 'entrepreneurship' across industries has become the focus of attention.

Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Tokyo Institute of Technology. After working as an engineer at IBM Japan and Cookpad for a total of six years, she opened Mirai Shokudo（dining hall） in the city centre in September 2015 after one year and four months of training in various kitchens. This book is her first written work.
