Author’s Information
Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Tokyo Institute of Technology. After working as an engineer at IBM Japan and Cookpad for a total of six years, she opened Mirai Shokudo(dining hall) in the city centre in September 2015 after one year and four months of training in various kitchens. This book is her first written work.
