Abstract
Recommended by translator Sachiko Kishimoto! An essay by a young female poet that has become a hot topic after being serialized online has finally been published as a book. The high school girl who was hailed as ``precocious'' and ``geniuses'' are now nowhere to be found. What was left behind was a dull woman who was timid and prone to dreaming. Will I be able to face reality even though I've been doing all I can? A collection of essays by the author, who won the Nakahara Chuya Prize at the age of 18, in which he attempts to break away from being a JK poet. When it was serialized, there was a lot of talk about ``If I wasn't a poet, would I have become a prostitute?'', this is the poet's experience of ``going out on the town'' as she pleases, from his New Year's visit to the local greengrocer's shop, from overseas to a striptease theater. This is the definitive edition with two newly written essays added to the web series.
