Abstract

All my friends have transformed into frogs, but I'm the only tadpole whose legs and arms haven't sprouted. But strangely, I've grown whiskers... After battling with dragonfly larvae, water mantises, and big crayfish in the pond, I was confronted with a shocking truth! A tale of 'me' facing destiny and searching for identity, inspired by the biotope of the picture books and tree nuts museum in Niigata produced by Seizo Tajima. The powerful narrative filled with vitality depicts the heartwarming interactions with the frog siblings upon my return to the pond.
