Two picture book authors, Makoto Ueda and nakaban, illustrate each other's stories in this groundbreaking work. In this book, the story "From the Harbor Town" by nakaban is illustrated by Makoto Ueda, while "About the Distant Town" by Makoto Ueda is illustrated by nakaban.
