Abstract

“This workplace is loose and I don’t actually feel I am growing. So, I decided to quit.”
Today, it is the age of “loose workplace” where we come to see such employees, and it is increasingly difficult to nurture young employees.

This book highlights the “two layering” of Gen Z values as well as their anxiety and frustration based on the individual research and hearing, suggests the importance of “career safety” required in workplace today together with psychological safety, and introduces nine points essential to managers who can encourage young employees to work actively.

The book offers the practical information useful from today for on-site managers troubled by human development.
