Urako Kanamori
Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University, Department of Literature and Education. After working as an elementary school teacher, she established the Tokyo Psychological Education Research Institute in 1978. As a therapist, clinical psychologist, and art therapist, she provides counseling and also conducts lessons to loosen up hardened hearts through Autogenic Training, breathing techniques, and Qi Gong. Her books include "Welcome Aging: Self-improvement from 40" (Koseisha) and "11 Lists to Overcome a 'Toxic Mother'" (Kodansha), among others.

Yumiko Kobayashi
Manga artist, illustrator. Graduated from Tokyo Zokei University, Department of Design. Her works include "Osaka Debut!" (Makino Publishing), "Mochi Pochi" (Tokuma Shoten), "Art School Debut" (Poplar Company), "Usanta Story" (Futami Shobo), and "What to do with parents?" (Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha), among others.
