Abstract
What is “work”? An alien who crash-landed on Earth comes to a somewhat unusual job counseling office. Together with the staff at the counseling center, the alien begins to think about the meaning of living and working on this planet. Shinsuke Yoshitake's version of "Hello Work" story for all children and adults, reconsidering the meaning of "work" that no one can avoid and making tomorrow a little brighter! ■Author Profile Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1973. Completed the Comprehensive Art Course at the Graduate School of Art, University of Tsukuba. He has published a wide variety of works including picture books, illustrations for children's books, book covers, and illustrated essays. In 2013, he won the 6th MOE Picture Bookstore Award for ``Apples Might'', in 2014 he won the 61st Sankei Children's Publishing Cultural Award Art Award for the same work, and in 2016 he won the 51st Shinpu Prize for ``What shall we do after this?''. In 2017, he won the Bologna Ragazzi Special Prize for ``I Can't Take It Out''. In 2019, he won the New York Times Best Picture Book Award for “Boring, Boring.” The picture books ``Kami is so messed up'', ``Where the hell am I?'', ``Memen and Mori'', and the dialogue collection ``Moriagare!'' He is the author of many books, including ``Taidaan Shinsuke Yoshitake's Conversation Collection'' and ``Sono Honwa'' co-authored with Naoki Matayoshi. Father of two children. My childhood dream was to become a carpenter.

His first large-scale exhibition, ``Maybe it's the Shinsuke Yoshitake Exhibition,'' is touring nationwide from April 2022.
