Abstract

The whole family say, “Come out, come out.”
The whole family support my sister with the phrase ""Come out, come out"" that my sister, who is undergoing potty training, said while sitting on the potty!

The water from the faucet, the mayonnaise on the potato salad, and the pet hamster: “Come out, come out.”
And finally my sister's potty ...?

This picture book is based on the composition by YAMATO Yuzuki (3rd grade elementary school student at the time).
The colorful and warm illustrations vividly depict family interactions.

Born in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture in 2010. Currently attending an elementary school in Himeji.
In 2019, this work won the Asahi Shougakusei-shimbun Award at the 32nd Hyogo Children’s Essay and Poetry Contest (composition section).
In 2020, he won the Grand Prize at the 31st Children’s Poetry Arimoto Hosui Prize.
