Abstract
A knitting story that will warm your heart Amu Amu, the sheep, is a knitter in the forest. One day, Mr. Bear comes along with a sweater that has grown too small to wear. Amu-amu unravels the yarn and knits it again... This is a story about the joy of knitting that changes shape one after another, the kindness of caring for friends, and the feeling of valuing things. This is a picture book that will warm your heart in the cold winter. It features warm and stylish illustrations by popular illustrator Midori Asano, cute characters, and a story that connects to the SDGs, such as unraveling yarn and knitting it into other things and using it over and over again, and valuing things for a long time.
Author’s Information
Born in Aichi Prefecture. Became a writer after working as a copywriter. His children's books include ``Atamano Top Elementary School'' (Kin no Hoshisha), ``Kiniko's Diary (Part 1 and 2)'' (WAVE Publishing), ``Yoroshiku Panda Advertising Company'' (Gakken), and ``Shogi Hajime.'' His works include ``Madashi'' (Bunken Publishing), ``Madadayo'', and ``Dongurinaiyo'' (both published by Suzuki Publishing). / Lives in Saitama Prefecture. Completed Information Design, Major in Art and Design, Joshibi Junior College of Art and Design. Graduated from Setsu Mode Seminar. MJ Illustrations 13th season. After working as a graphic designer, he became an illustrator. In addition to magazines, books, advertisements, textiles, etc., our activities are wide-ranging, including tableware and miscellaneous goods.
