Abstract
Winter survival for animals - ``Everyone is amazing after all!'' Pokota, a gluttonous raccoon, learns that squirrels and mice store up nuts in preparation for winter, and tries to imitate them, but... It doesn't work. Pokota is depressed and her friends gently call out to her... A story about preparing for winter based on the ecology of raccoons, drawn by Yumi Shimokawa in beautiful miniature paintings. This is a heart-warming work filled with the gentleness of recognizing each other's individuality, saying, ``Everyone has something they're good at.''
