Abstract

In this book, we have carefully selected ideas and procedures that are "easy to try at home" and "ultimately edible". We introduce double delicious ideas and steps that can be enjoyed in one bite! We also provide explanations that delve into the question of "why does it happen". This book can be used as a reference for recording and discussing with photos, enjoying with family and friends, or as a resource for independent research projects.
Author’s Information
Science communicator at the University of Tsukuba. Born in Tokyo. Graduated from the Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Hokkaido University, and completed graduate studies at the university. Withdrew from the doctoral program in the Graduate School of Life and Environmental Sciences, University of Tsukuba, with completed credits. Holds a Doctorate (Academic). At the University of Tsukuba, she has been involved in planning and operating science education programs for elementary, middle, and high school students with a strong interest since 2008. Authored books include "Science Experiment Picture Book for Enjoying at Home," "Selection of Science Experiments That are 'Edible'," and "Weekend Experiments to Develop STEM Skills," and edited and translated "What Candle Science Teaches Us" (all published by our company).
