Jade, a soldier abandoned after being taken prisoner, is picked up by Renee, a member of a tribe known as "The Messenger of the God of Death". Jade suffers from auditory hallucinations of his lost companions due to the guilt of being the only survivor. However, Renee's words and warmth brought Jade out of his nightmare and back to reality.
