Author’s Information

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1966. Registered dietitian. After graduating from Joshi Eiyo University, she worked on cooking shows and as an assistant to a food coordinator before becoming a cooking researcher. Her books include "Body-conditioning rice balls and miso soup," "Body-warming meals with all-purpose sauces to boost your immunity," "Body-conditioning two-dish menu for the 50s and older," "Mixed salads," "The world's most delicious! Slimming snacks," "200 basic home cooking dishes," and "100 bento lunches" (all published by Shufu to Seikatsusha).
