Abstract

As the saying goes, "100 years is the average lifespan," interest in a long and healthy lifespan is growing year by year, and there is a lot of health information on a variety of topics, from choosing a hospital to cancer treatment, medicine, diet, and daily habits. However, this common knowledge about health can be wrong. For example, some people say, "It's better to leave cancer alone, so there's no need for treatment or testing." However, early detection and treatment are considered to be highly effective in current cancer medicine, and in fact, 90% of stomach cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, and cervical cancer are cured through early detection. There are many people who accept misinformation and shorten their own lifespan. Therefore, in this book, we will introduce health-related topics that are likely to cause misunderstandings, and introduce correct knowledge and health methods based on medical knowledge for each topic.
